The public Relations and Media Department is one of the important departments in any administrative system or official establishment because it is the way to contact all internal and external departments. It is the view of the university on society, the contact way between the university and its internal audience of employees and students, and a tool to achieve strong and distinct relations between the university administration and the external audience of institutions and different segments of society. The important role of the Department stems from the fact that it aims to create a positive impression and give a good image and good reputation of the university through the functions and tasks assigned to it, to highlight the cultural image of the university, its employees's achievements and future projects with the various parties that deal with them and gain their trust and respect. In addition, this department have to encourage the relations between the departments of the university and its departments. They give huge attention to social communication between them and oversee the organization of conferences, seminars, scientific forums, and events.
