During This accelerating era in which weface emerging challenges at all levels regarding the quality of process and academic activities,and competitiveness of outputs in higher education institutions, the Deanship of Quality and Academic Accreditation at Al-Baha University has adopted the principles of quality in all areas of academic and administrative work at the University in terms of theoretically strengthening the culture of quality; its practices and principles.

In addition, the University provides continuous training and education about quality. These are supported by the practical application of all the University's activities; through its commitment to quality standards, academic accreditation, performance measurement, the design of thoughtful and continuous improvement plans, and their implementation.

The university also seeks, in its strategic plan, “Wa'ed” to achieve institutional accreditation and to move towards achieving local and international accreditation for all its academic programs. Moreover, the University has made continuous efforts to achieve this goal, exemplified by its work towards achieving institutional accreditation and enhancing the institutional structure in the field of quality across all its academic and administrative activities to serve quality improvement of these aspects and obtain international and local accreditations in a way that leads towards institutional excellence in the future.

Finally, I would like to thank all the University leaders who have adopted quality as a value to improvethe University's  work, headed by His Excellency the President of the University; Dr. Abdullah bin Yahya Al Hussein, and the Vice-President of Development and Quality; Dr. Faris bin Saleh Al-Ghamdi. Also, I would like to thank all the University entities and those who work diligently for the continuous improvement of these processes, including: teaching faculty, administrative staff, and students. Their efforts are hoped to serve the expectations of all internal and external beneficiaries of the University, and contribute to the sustainability of quality towards continuous improvement.
