Tasks
The College Vice Deanship for Academic Affairs performs the following tasks regarding the secretariat of the College Council:
Receive the topics to be presented to the council from the departments.
The preparation of the agenda and distributed to the members.
Ensure that all members attend the meetings and take the signature to attend.
Ensure the validity of the documents supporting the recommendation for the topics discussed.
Writing board meeting minutes.
Archiving board minutes for reference when needed.
Follow up on the implementation of the council’s decisions, and submit reports to the Dean on that.
Communicating with all departments in all matters related to the council's work.
Prepare the annual report on the council's work.
It also performs all tasks related to other four main units:
Student's Rights Unit
Academic Affairs Unit
Registration and Exams Unit
