Assistant professor of Biomedical science with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry at Albaha University, Saudi Arabia. Skilled in Molecular biology, Molecular Cloning, Animal Models, Cell Culture, Hematologic Malignancies, and Biomedical Lecturing and training with a Master degree in Laboratory medicine from RMIT university at Australia. A Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree focusing in Microbial carcinogensis from Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University at Australia. Currently working as an Assistant professor in Laboratory Medicine Department, Faculty of Applied Medical Sciences at Albaha University.

The course provide the medical laboratory students with important information about Immunohematology procedures including blood component collection, preparation and storage; ABO/Rh typing; alloantibody screening and identification; compatibility testing and transfusion reaction investigation; and laboratory evaluation of hemolytic anemias, Blood system grouping and inheritance patterns, Usage of blood components and physiologic effects and Quality assurance procedures related to blood banking.

This course focuses on molecular diagnostics and genetics, developing areas in clinical chemistry and utilized in pathology and laboratory medicine. Improved knowledge of these areas aid understanding of the relationship with human diseases. Topics include molecular biology, genes, chromosomes, DNA and RNA metabolism, gene expression, inherited diseases, identity assessment, and pharmacogenetics. Readings, discussion, and laboratory application will be utilized in this course.
