Dr. Hanan was promoted as Professor at nursing college, Ain Shams University, Egypt in 2018. At 2014 received professional diploma in health care quality management (CPHQ) accredited from UK. In addition, supervision of many Thesis in Egypt and was external examiner of many Master Thesis in King Abdelaziz University. Dr. Hanan has authored and published over 50 articles in refereed journals and has presented at national and international conferences with 7 book publishment at Egyptian Book and Documents House. Dr. Hanan has a history of playing visible roles on the editorial boards of journals as Editorial board member of leading journals such as American Journal of Nursing Science and International Journal of Nursing Research.

This course provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform health assessment for individuals of all ages, with emphasis on the adult, using the skills of history taking, inspection, palpation, percussion, and auscultation. This course focuses on normal findings and common deviation from normal of each of the major body systems. The students will be provided opportunity to practice health assessment skills in the faculty of nursing laboratories.
