Analyzing internal key performance indicators to fulfil accreditation standards.
Supporting strategic planning and contributing to achieve strategic goals relevant to accreditation and quality practices.
Providing consultations and support for the various university's units to satisfy accreditation and quality standards.
Executing and organizing specialized training and workshops to reinforce quality practices and continuous improvement.
Conducting internal auditing for quality assurance and continuous improvement in the university's various units, and following up on the performance of accreditation and quality committees.
Engaging information technology and electronic systems to reinforce quality practices and follow up on implementations.
Drafting and suggesting criteria for excellence and distinction awards.
Exchanging of expertise and cooperation with equivalent bodies in development and quality assurance.
Sustainable involvement of the university's beneficiary stakeholders in development planning and continuous improvement
Studying the difficulties and problems that face quality and development programs and suggesting relevant and appropriate solutions.
