The Directorate of the Preparatory Year is in charge of the administrative process of the PY Deanship.
Tasks
- Supervising the attendance of the staff of the Deanship according to the regulations and report the absentees to the follow-up department of the university on a regular basis.
- Supervising maintenance operations in the Deanship.
- Providing all the office equipment needed for the work of the Deanship.
